Today we sampled Bakedt 2600’s brand new offerings, and we were not disappointed.
Bakedt’s six-piece cookie box includes three of their chocolate chip cookies and three smores cookies. When we opened the box, we could immediately smell the butter. You can taste it, too, in the base cookie (minus all the chocolate, bells, and whistles). It’s chewy and has just the right amount of moisture.
Their chocolate chip cookies have huge chocolate chunks. Their take on this classic cookie is no-frills, just good-quality cookie dough stuffed with a few pieces of chocolate. We loved how the chocolate they used wasn’t too sweet – you can munch on one or two without getting overwhelmed by the sugar.
The smores cookies have pieces of graham cracker, marshmallow, and more chocolate. The graham cracker bits are surprisingly crunchy! The little hint of spice balances out the sweetness well. We paired the cookies with coffee and hot tea – a lovely combination to enjoy while you watch the fog roll in. While we liked both flavors, the smores take the throne as our Bakedt favorite.
