Not a home-grown resto, but it’s in Baguio, nonetheless. Located inside Camp John Hay in the Call Center area.
Ever since Tia Maria’s closed in SM, it’s been hard to find good Mexican food in the city. Army-Navy becomes the replacement although it’s more fast-foodish than relaxed casual and the menu isn’t as exciting.
I got burritos (155), which I swear had at least 5 cups of rice in it. 😀  It’s a full meal in a wrap but I was hoping for more beef than rice. Also had chicken soft tacos (125), which was pretty good and filling! Also had the Classic Burger (135) and the tasty Freedom Fries (60).
I think the theme was supposed to be a mess hall and such so seating was a bit uncomfortable. Good place for fast eats and to curb that Mexican craving!
