In the outskirts of Baguio, a startup food hub is on the rise at Bakakeng, especially now with the new BlindFilter Kitchen by Cafe Angelo raising its flag as one of the premier restaurants and cafe in the area. And yes, you read it right, BlindFilter and Kitchen or “BFK” is indeed another creative, gastronomic outgrowth of the famous Cafe Angelo along Chapis Village, but definitely BFK has its own distinct personality with practically a different menu offering wonderfully delicious, affordable gourmet rice meals, beverages, appetizers etc. just like Cafe Angelo, all of their ingredients are locally sourced (even the coffee), and that means everything is FRESH! And FYI, Chef RO Quintos of Cafe Angelo is behind the menu.
